This Service Delivery Policy outlines how Persatuan Kemajuan STEM & Inovasi Kelantan ("PaKSI Kelantan") delivers its membership services, educational programmes, and community activities to its members and the public.

1. Our Services

PaKSI Kelantan is a non-profit organisation providing the following categories of services:

Membership Services

Access to member benefits, voting rights, and participation in official association activities upon successful registration and payment of membership fees.

STEM Education Programmes

Hands-on workshops, seminars, and training sessions covering robotics, Arduino programming, digital literacy, AI fundamentals, and applied science.

Innovation & Technology Initiatives

Platforms and resources for idea development, prototyping, and technology entrepreneurship, including access to innovation hubs and mentoring.

Community Outreach

Free and subsidised STEM exposure programmes for underserved communities, schools, and youth groups across Kelantan.

2. Membership Activation

After submitting your membership application and completing payment:

  • Your application will be reviewed by the committee (Jawatankuasa) within 7–14 working days.
  • Upon approval, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Membership benefits are activated from the date of committee approval, not the date of payment.
  • Your membership card or digital membership certificate will be issued within 30 days of approval.

3. Programme Registration & Confirmation

For paid programmes and events:

  • Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • A confirmation email with programme details (venue, date, time, and agenda) will be sent within 3 working days of payment.
  • Physical programmes are conducted at venues in Kelantan as stated in the event details.
  • Online programmes are conducted via video conferencing platforms (link provided in confirmation email).

4. Programme Delivery Standards

PaKSI Kelantan is committed to delivering high-quality services:

  • All trainers and facilitators are qualified and experienced in their respective fields.
  • Programme materials, certificates, and resources are provided to registered participants.
  • Physical programme venues are equipped with necessary facilities for the activities.
  • Online programmes are conducted on stable, accessible platforms with recorded sessions where applicable.

6. Service Modifications

PaKSI Kelantan reserves the right to modify the content, format, schedule, or delivery method of any programme or service with reasonable prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Feedback & Complaints

We are committed to continuous improvement. If you are dissatisfied with any service delivered by PaKSI Kelantan, please contact us in writing. We will acknowledge your feedback within 3 working days and provide a resolution within 14 working days.
