Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Persatuan Kemajuan STEM & Inovasi Kelantan ("PaKSI Kelantan") in connection with membership registration, programme fees, and any other services offered by the organisation.

Full refunds are available within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, provided the request meets the conditions stated in this policy.

1. Membership Fees

PaKSI Kelantan charges the following membership fees:

  • Registration Fee: RM 10.00 (one-time, upon joining)
  • Annual Subscription Fee: RM 50.00 (payable annually)

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund of your membership fees if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of payment.
  • Your membership application has not yet been formally approved by the committee.
  • You have not attended or participated in any members-only programme or activity.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the date of payment will not be entertained, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are NOT eligible for a refund:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the date of payment
  • Fees paid for membership renewals where the membership period has commenced
  • Fees for events, workshops, or programmes once the event has taken place
  • Voluntary donations made to the organisation

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your payment with the following information:

  • Full name and IC number as registered
  • Date of payment and transaction reference number
  • Amount paid and reason for refund request
  • Bank account details for refund transfer (account holder name, bank name, account number)

5. Refund Processing

Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or via bank transfer to the account provided. PaKSI Kelantan is not responsible for delays caused by the banking system or payment gateway.

6. Duplicate Payments & Technical Errors

If you have been charged twice or experienced a technical error during payment, please contact us immediately. Such cases will be investigated and resolved promptly regardless of the 14-day window.
